
Cocoa Beach set up stands of three fake trees, decorated with lights, at all major entrances of the city.
Note: Because I was raised in New England, Christmas is different in Florida, but it's still Christmas nonetheless. And I need to convince myself of that. So, in the next 20 days, including the holiday itself, I intend to find Christmas here in Brevard County and portray it through a different photo each day.
After I stopped to shoot surfers during the golden hour in Cocoa Beach, three fake trees caught my eye as I headed out of town. I pulled my Harley to the side of the Merritt Island Causeway, parked on the sidewalk and photographed one of them silhouetted by the setting sun.
