Photos | Shedding more light on Delta II launch

In a tired stupor while editing photos from Monday morning's launch of a Delta II rocket, I skipped over the first few images I shot. Immediately after ignition, while the rocket was only feet off launch pad 17A, the strobe lights at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station lit the spacecraft enough for a better few close-up photos than the one I posted earlier.
